This meeting was conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with Government Code Section 54953, as amended by Assembly Bill 361, in relation to the COVID-19 State of Emergency and recommended social distancing measures.

Vice Chair Wilcox called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.

Jim Newland - Involved with the History Center.  Currently have 5 SDSU interns that will be assisting the City with the three main commercial streets:  El Cajon, La Mesa Blvd. and University.  The goal is to have a full inventory of streets that could potentially be added to the City's inventory by summer.  May have more interns available in the future.

Associate Planner Kinnard presented the staff report.
