PUBLIC COMMENTS

  • In-Person comments during the meeting: Join us for the Commission meeting at the time and location specified on this agenda to make your comments. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.

 

  • How to submit eComments: eComments are available once an agenda is published. Locate the meeting in "upcoming meetings" and click the comment bubble icon. A request for a Special Permit to allow a retaining wall to exceed the maximum permitted height of 6 feet by 6 feet within the side yard setback, and to exceed the maximum permitted wall height of 6 feet by 6 feet within the rear yard setback AT 7912 EASTRIDGE DRIVE, IN THE SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL (R1S) ZONE (APN 475-572-03-00).
